We hope your summer has been full of joy and restorative activities. At rootid most of us stayed local, ensuring we had opportunities to: connect with nature, soak up some vitamin d, tend to our gardens, and pursue other activities that make us feel whole again.

Though we're still early in our 4-day work week transition, this summer has already felt more balanced and healing. While ongoing threats to democracy remain ever-present, this space to recharge is helping us stay grounded for the long haul.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that’s committed to showing up with honesty, humility, and grace as we work to build a culture where people are valued.
