What do you do at rootid?
User Experience and Service designer. I interact with clients and their stakeholders (community members and colleagues). I want them to know that their ideas and concerns are important.
Which of rootid's values resonates with you most?
They all are linked and are very
important to me. I’m not sure you can have one without the other. In my personal life, Health & Healing is the most important right now but again it's all linked.
What is your favorite thing about working at rootid?
The culture. There’s this determination to question ourselves and not do things as they have been done just because. We’re all trying to do our best.

All are very down to earth and thoughtful. We all take turns looking at the full picture and bringing unique perspectives into the conversation.

What’s your favorite holiday?
Christmas - The food, drinks and music. I have some memories of doing Aguinaldos with my grandma that are really special to me. I loved dancing, ginger tea, drums and guiras with her community.
